Welcome to Kwivu.com. These Terms and Conditions govern access to the website as well as distance contracts between Kwivu.com and the customer. Please read this document carefully before making a purchase.

3. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, distance contracts, and orders between the business and the consumer.

Before concluding a distance contract, these conditions will be made available to the consumer. If immediate availability is not possible, information will be provided on where they can be accessed. For electronic contracts, the conditions will be provided in a storable format.

If product-specific terms apply, they take precedence in the event of a conflict. If any clause is invalid, the remaining conditions remain in effect.

4. The Offer
The offer includes an accurate description of the products or services. Images, specifications, and details are non-binding. Any changes will be clearly communicated.

5. The Contract
The contract is established once the consumer accepts the offer and fulfills the stated conditions. For electronic contracts, the business will confirm receipt of the order.

The business will take appropriate measures to protect electronic data transmission.

6. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product. The withdrawal must be communicated in writing or by email, and the product must be returned according to the provided instructions.

7. Costs in Case of Withdrawal
The consumer bears the cost of return shipping. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the product or proof of return.

8. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products or products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

9. Prices
The prices listed apply during the period stated in the offer. They may be adjusted if VAT rates change. Errors in price listings are not binding for the business.

10. Conformity and Warranty
The business guarantees that the products comply with the agreements, specifications, and reasonable standards. Defects must be reported within 14 days of receipt.

11. Delivery and Performance
Delivery will take place as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days unless otherwise agreed. In case of delays, the consumer may withdraw from the contract.

For ongoing deliveries, the consumer may terminate the agreement with notice unless otherwise agreed.

13. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 7 days of order confirmation. In case of late payment, reasonable reminder fees may be charged.

14. Complaints
Complaints must be reported within 7 days of discovering a defect. The business will respond within 14 days.

15. Jurisdiction
USA law exclusively applies to contracts between the business and the consumer. Consumers may also rely on mandatory consumer protection laws in their country of residence, if applicable.

16. Liability and Skin Reactions
Kwivu is not liable for allergic reactions, skin irritations, or other effects resulting from the use of our products. All ingredients are clearly listed; it is the consumer’s responsibility to review them before use. Results may vary individually, and a patch test is recommended before full application.
