At Kwivu.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to return or exchange an item, you can do so within 60 days of receiving your order.
How to Start a Return
To start a return or exchange request, please email us at info@kwivu.com with your order number and the reason for the return. This helps us process your request as quickly as possible.
Return Conditions
For a product to be eligible for return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags and labels attached.

Any hygiene seal (if applicable) must be intact.

The item must not show signs of use or damage.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation email. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Kwivu.com is not responsible for items lost during the return process.
Items Excluded from Returns and Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, underwear, lingerie, and skincare products cannot be returned.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same process as for a return and specify which item you would like in exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.
